Batuhan Tarkan graduated from ITU the Faculty of Architecture in 2004 and started Real Estate Development Master program in the same year. Following his bachelor’s degree, he joined Kuzeybatı RE. team in 2003 and started his career in real estate sector.
Before establishing Investin, he was managing the Project Development department of AND Gayrimenkul (the RE company of Anadolu Holding). During this 5-year period, he and his team had developed one of the most prestigious and award-winning office building in Istanbul, named AND Kozyatagi, and one of most well-known large-scale residential project named AND Pastel.
Investin is most probably the only RE advisory company in the market, whose partners has such a extensive track record on real estate development, investment and brokerage.
Cem Tayfun Yilmaz, has also more than 15 years of experience in RE sector and mostly was taking responsibilities in Turkey’s leading RE Development and Investment companies inc. TSKB REIT, Fiba Real Estate, Turkmall, Toya, Renaissance RE, Makyol Construction, Altınhas RE,
He has started this career as a consultant and before founding Investin, he was the General Manager and Board Member of Altınhas RE.
He has been developed millions of sqm Shoppin Centres, Residentials, Offices, Hotels as well as many Mixed Used projects.
Both partners of Investin, is now serving their extensive expertise gained from various projects, to their distinguished clients.
Ozan Karademir, was born in Zonguldak in 1986, started working in the real estate sector in 2009 after graduating from Beykent University with a bachelor’s degree in international trade and a master’s degree in Marketing.
After taking various positions in both brokerage and project development fields at Kuzeybatı real estate, TSKB and AND Gayrimenkul companies, which are pioneer and leading companies in the sector, he continued to be in the real estate sector by establishing his own company in 2019.
He carried out the feasibility and negotiation stages of the purchase, sale and lease processes, project development, land development, preparation of best use analyses, preparation for sales and marketing and active sales office management processes.
As a partner of Investin, together with all partners, he currently plays an active role in the project development, sales and marketing processes of a total area of more than 500 thousand m² in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Dubai.
Mahir Mermer, was born in İstanbul in 1980, started working in the real estate sector in 2007 after graduating from KocaeliBeykent University with a bachelor’s degree in international trade and Istanbul Ticaret University a master’s degree in International Trade and Logistics.
After taking various positions in both brokerage and project development fields at Kuzeybatı real estate and Jones Lang Lassale (JLL) l companies, which are pioneer and leading companies in the sector, he continued to be in the real estate sector by establishing his own company in 2023.
Over the past 10 years at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), he worked as Senior Director in the Landlord Representation, Tenant Representation and Logistics Department, the roles including office leasing process, logistics land – warehouse leasing and sales, office development and concept development consultancy.
He carried out the feasibility and negotiation stages of the purchase, sale and lease processes, project development, land development, preparation of best use analyses, preparation for sales and marketing and active sales office management processes.
As a partner of Investin, together with all partners, he currently plays an active role in the project development, sales and marketing processes of a total area of more than 500 thousand m² in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Dubai.
